As late summer sets in and the days start to become shorter, it seems as though time is of the essence. With cooler months in sight, dinners on the patio and early morning walks become more appreciated each day. So in honor of these last few weeks of summer, I thought I would share a menu for a casual summer dinner party. It’s bound to inspire you to get outside, fire up the grill, and invite some friends to join.

Over the next few days I’ll be sharing a four-recipe menu for a casual summer dinner party. Featuring familiar dishes made new, this menu offers intriguing flavor upgrades to some of summer’s most popular dishes. And with a variety of ingredients and flavors, these recipes nicely complement one another while also being versatile enough to stand on their own.

So keep an eye out over the next few days as the recipes for this menu roll out one by one. Delicious served together as a menu, each individual recipe is also a wonderful addition to any potluck or gathering on it’s own.
