ASIAN TURKEY MEATBALLS

Hoisin Glazed

STEP 1

Combine ground turkey,  Panko, garlic, scallions, egg, ginger, sesame oil, salt and pepper.

STEP 2

Form into 20 balls and arrange on a baking sheet.

STEP 3

...bake until browned and cooked through—internal temperature should reach 145ºF (67ºC).

STEP 4

Combine hoisin, lime juice, soy sauce, sesame oil, and ginger. Drizzle over meatballs.

STEP 5

...and toss to coat.

STEP 6

For a crunchy bite, finish with Panko and sesame seeds. Sprinkle with scallions and cilantro.

— over rice noodles with shredded carrots and sesame oil — with rice  — over an Asian salad or slaw — as an appetizer
