CRANBERRY CURD TART

A show-stopping dessert for the holidays! Featuring a simple press-in crust, honey cranberry curd and candied cranberries, each bite is delicious! 

Start by making the simple tart crust dough.

STEP 1

Press the dough into a tart pan (no rolling required!)

STEP 2

Cook down the cranberries with orange zest and juice.

STEP 3

Cook purée down with honey and butter. Then temper the hot mixture into the eggs.

STEP 4

Add tempered mixture back to the saucepan and cook until thick, luscious and glossy.

STEP 4

Strain the mixture one more time, then chill the cranberry curd. 

STEP 4
