STEP 1
gather the ingredients

sauté mushrooms until golden brown
meanwhile, cook pasta

add reserved pasta cooking water and truffle butter to pot

bring to a boil

add pasta and cook until al dente and liquid is reduced by half

whisk together egg yolks, eggs, Parmesan and black pepper; add to pasta

cook, tossing constantly, until silky
STEP 8
stir in mushrooms and serve with truffle shavings
