these Korean turkey meatballs are loaded with flavor from gochujang, ginger and garlic. roasted alongside broccolini and edamame, it's an all-in-one dinner ready in 35 minutes.

these meatballs are one of my favorite weeknight meals—let's make them! 

start by tossing the broccolini with olive oil and salt. arrange on a baking sheet and pop it in the oven.

these meatballs are LOADED with flavor from scallions, ginger, garlic and gochujang. cayenne adds heat with no added moisture.

form the meat mixture into large meatballs and arrange them on the baking sheet around the broccolini. pop it back in the oven to roast. 

toss the edamame with oil and salt then pour over the broccolini on the sheet. while that roasts, make the gochujang drizzle sauce.

the sauce is made of honey, gochujang, vinegar and toasted sesame oil. serve the meatballs with rice, cilantro and black pepper.

35 minutes 1 pan delicious dinner!
