combine dry ingredients in a bowl and combine wet ingredients in a food processor
pulse wet ingredients and corn until combined
add wet ingredients to dry ingredients
mix to combine
don't over mix—some pockets of flour is OK
add oil to preheated cast-iron skillet
pour batter into hot oiled skillet
