STEP 1

combine meatball mix-ins (scallions, breadcrumbs, egg, gochujang, soy sauce, oil, and spices).

by combining the mix-ins first, you avoid over mixing the meat once it's added (which can cause tough meatballs).

form meat mixture into balls and arrange on a greased baking sheet. baked until golden brown and cooked through.
