a unique + fresh take on the classic Thanksgiving side dish. Featuring crispy croutons, pan-seared mushrooms, crisp-tender green beans tossed in a creamy dressing and of course, fried shallots. 

fry the shallots until golden brown and crispy.

STEP 1

toast the bread cubes until golden brown and crunchy.

STEP 2

brown the mushrooms in the skillet in oil and butter. 

STEP 3

add green beans and a splash of water, cover and steam then toss with vinaigrette. 

STEP 4

toss green beans with Swiss chard, fried shallots, croutons and mushrooms. 

STEP 5

fresh, savory, crunchy and crispy!
