STEP 1

press tofu planks to remove excess moisture 

STEP 2

cut into cubes and toss with olive oil and kosher salt

STEP 3

bake until golden brown

STEP 4

stir-fry carrots, peas, and green onions

STEP 5

stir-fry garlic and ginger. add rice and stir-fry until golden brown

STEP 6

add stir-fried vegetables and tofu 

STEP 7

add sauce

STEP 8

and stir-fry until cooked through 

finish with green onions and sesame seeds
