BEEF WELLINGTON BITES

Small pockets of flaky goodness filled with tender beef, creamy boursin, and a savory mushroom mixture known as duxelle. 

Start by cutting the beef into cubes and freezing solid.

STEP 1

Move on to making the duxelle—a sautéed mixture of shallots, garlic and mushrooms.

STEP 2

Mix up the Boursin and Dijon mixture. Prep the puff pastry by rolling it out and cutting into squares.

STEP 3

Layer  duxelle, cheese mixture and a cube of beef onto each square.

STEP 4

Thin out the remaining cheese mixture to be served as a dipping sauce. Bake the bites until golden.
