rye whiskey
maple syrup or simple syrup
egg white
fresh lemon juice
red wine (to finish)
you'll need:
dry shake (without ice), then add ice and shake again.
fill a rocks glass with ice and pour whiskey sour over top—make sure to get all of that gorgeous foam!
top it off with dry red wine—try not to spill like I did by tilting the spoon a bit more!
