Smoky Mezcal Margarita Popsicles

Description

These boozy popsicles are tart, refreshing, and a touch smoky. Made with just 4 ingredients, these refreshing margarita popsicles come together quickly and easily.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1¼ cup fresh lime juice
  • 1 cup fresh orange juice
  • ⅓ cup light agave
  •  cup mezcal
  • Limes slices

Instructions

Combine lime juice, orange juice, agave, and mezcal in a bowl or measuring cup with pour spout.

Divide evenly amongst popsicle molds. Freeze 1 hour, then drop in lime slices and insert popsicle sticks. Freeze until solid, at least 5 hours.


Notes

To quickly and easily unmold the popsicles, flip mold upside down and briefly run under warm water, they should slide right out.
