This 4-ingredient Cherry-Chia Smoothie is made with frozen cherries, Greek yogurt and chia seeds. Easy and delicious!

Ingredients
1cupwater
1cupfrozen dark cherries
1ripe bananafrozen
¼cupplain greek yogurt
1-2teaspoonschia seeds
Instructions
Pour water into blender followed by cherries and banana. Blend until smooth then add yogurt and blend until completely incorporated.
Notes
For best processing, always start by adding the liquid to the blender first followed by remaining ingredients.
