Cherry–Chia Smoothie

Description

This 4-ingredient Cherry-Chia Smoothie is made with frozen cherries, Greek yogurt and chia seeds. Easy and delicious!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup frozen dark cherries
  • 1 ripe banana frozen
  • ¼ cup plain greek yogurt
  • 1-2 teaspoons chia seeds

Instructions

  • Pour water into blender followed by cherries and banana. Blend until smooth then add yogurt and blend until completely incorporated.

Notes

For best processing, always start by adding the liquid to the blender first followed by remaining ingredients.
