Intrigued by the Korean Clambake? Well guess what, with just a few ingredient swaps you can also make an Old-Fashioned Maine-Style Clambake, Old Bay Shrimp Boil, or a Cajun-Style Clambake. Just about every recipe in this book has variations like that, it’s truly one of a kind.
