Danica is a food enthusiast living in Orlando, Florida who specializes in vegan, gluten-free baking. She loves trying new plant-based restaurants and thoroughly researching the food scene for any trip she has planned.
Danica has hands-on experience overseeing test kitchens, and years spent in the publishing industry managing the publication of cookbooks.
Jenni Ridall Lata is a freelance recipe developer, food and prop stylist, and restaurant consultant based in Charleston, SC (dba TK Test Kitchen). After receiving her B.A. in Art History at the University of Virginia, Jenni studied classic French culinary technique and philosophy at Le Cordon Bleu. She went on to obtain a M.B.A. from the College of Charleston, with a focus on Hospitality Revenue Management. Inside the Test Kitchen, she combines her culinary and business degrees to offer creative and operational support to chefs, restaurateurs, culinary brands, and cookbook authors. Her recipe and styling work has been published in The Local Palate, Legends Magazine, Garden & Gun, Eating Well Magazine, and Southern Living.
Lindsey has been a Registered Dietitian for 12 years and holds a Master’s Degree in Nutrition Science. She currently works in the food industry and has always been passionate about food and cooking. Lindsey’s food philosophy is that what we eat every day may not always be perfect, but should always be joyful.
Meg McKeehan is a photographer and artist based in Boston, MA. She specializes in food and product photography, while also nurturing a deep love for landscape photography and portraiture. She works out of her home studio in Somerville, MA.
