Ingredients

large avocados,
halved and pitted
▢

tablespoons
minced red onion
▢
2
tablespoon
minced jalapeño
▢
2
tablespoons
fresh lime juice
▢
1
large clove garlic,
minced
▢
1
teaspoon
Worcestershire sauce
▢
½
teaspoon
ground coriander
▢
½
teaspoon
ground cumin
▢

tablespoons
chopped fresh cilantro
▢
Kosher and black pepper to taste
Instructions
Scoop flesh from avocados into a medium bowl; discard skins. Mash avocado with a fork or potato masher until chunky.
Add onion, jalapeño, lime juice, garlic, Worcestershire, coriander, and cumin; mix to combine with a fork.
Stir in cilantro and season to taste with salt and black pepper.
Serve guacamole as desired with tortilla chips, tacos, enchiladas and more.
Notes
To make this vegan: use a dash of soy sauce or liquid aminos in place of the Worcestershire.
If you need it gluten-free and vegan, use liquid aminos.
