Ingredients

  • ounces dry gin
  • 4 ounces fresh clementine juice, or juice of choice
  • 1 teaspoon agave syrup
  • club soda

Instructions

  • Combine gin, juice, and agave syrup in a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
  • Shake vigorously until chilled then pour into a rocks glass.
  • Add more ice as needed and top with a splash of club soda.

Notes

Batching: Make a few batches of this cocktail ahead of time so you aren't playing bartender all night. Simply multiply the cocktail by number of drinks you want to make and combine everything in a pitcher (hold the club soda and ice until serving). Bonus, you won't have to dirty a shaker.
Try Different Juices: Change the flavor profile by using different juices—try a variety of fresh squeezed oranges or opt for grapefruit juice (which will give you Greyhound vibes).
Experiment with Gins: Different gins have different flavors; change the base flavor of this drink by using a pinier gin or a more citrusy-forward gin.
Add Extra Citrus: Feel free to add in some freshly squeezed lime or lemon juice if you prefer a more tart drink.
