Ingredients

  • 2 ounces Roots Divino Rosso or other non-alcoholic aperetif
  • 1 ¼ ounces chilled tonic water
  • 4 dashes non-alcoholic aromatic bitters
  • 1 orange twist

  • Add aperitif and bitters to a rocks glass. Add a large ice cube and stir to chill, about 10 seconds.
  • Top with tonic water and stir to combine.
  • Run an orange twist around edge of glass then drop into drink and serve.

Notes

Most non alcoholic butter aperitifs should be refrigerated once opened.
For the best results, use chilled tonic water. This will keep the drink from diluting too quickly.
