Description

A vibrant and delicious raspberry cocktail recipe! Blended into a frozen drink, this one is perfect for summer!

Ingredients

  • 8 fresh raspberries
  • 2 basil leaves
  • ounces Aperol
  • ounces limoncello
  • ¾ ounce vodka
  • ¾ ounce fresh lemon juice
  • 10 ice cubes

Instructions

  • Add raspberries, basil, Aperol, limoncello, vodka, and lemon juice to a high-powered blender. Blend until smooth.
    (Note: if you don't like seeds in your drinks, strain the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve at this step, then pour the drink back into the blender.)
  • Add ice cubes and blend until thick and smooth. Pour into a collins glass and garnish with a raspberry and lemon twist. Serve immediately.

Notes

Any clear liqueur will work here. We like vodka, but tequila or gin will also work.
