Ingredients
8fresh raspberries
2basil leaves
1½ounces Aperol
1½ounces limoncello
¾ouncevodka
¾ouncefresh lemon juice
10ice cubes
Instructions
Add raspberries, basil, Aperol, limoncello, vodka, and lemon juice to a high-powered blender. Blend until smooth. (Note: if you don't like seeds in your drinks, strain the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve at this step, then pour the drink back into the blender.)
Add ice cubes and blend until thick and smooth. Pour into a collins glass and garnish with a raspberry and lemon twist. Serve immediately.
