Jenni Lata

Jenni Ridall Lata is a freelance recipe developer, food and prop stylist, and restaurant consultant based in Charleston, SC (dba TK Test Kitchen). After receiving her B.A. in Art History at the University of Virginia, Jenni studied classic French culinary technique and philosophy at Le Cordon Bleu. She went on to obtain a M.B.A. from the College of Charleston, with a focus on Hospitality Revenue Management. Inside the Test Kitchen, she combines her culinary and business degrees to offer creative and operational support to chefs, restaurateurs, culinary brands, and cookbook authors. Her recipe and styling work has been published in The Local Palate, Legends Magazine, Garden & Gun, Eating Well Magazine, and Southern Living
