In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise and chimichurri. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Store in a glass airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.

All three make a delicious version of this sauce.Use the best store-bought mayonnaise. This is so important since it's the base ingredient of this sauce. You want a creamy and thick mayo here.Store this chimichurri mayo in an airtight container in the fridge for up to one week. We don't recommend freezing this condiment since it will change the texture.
