This 2-ingredient Chimichurri Mayonnaise is the ideal condiment to have on hand at all times. It easily upgrades almost any meal. With an herby chimichurri sauce, you can make this elevated mayo in just a couple of minutes. It pairs perfectly with steak, sandwiches, toast, and french fries.

We’re huge fans of chimichurri. But, what is it? It’s an Argentinian herb sauce made of parsley, oregano, garlic, olive oil, and vinegar. It’s typically served over grilled meats, like our favorite chicken or skirt steak.

The Argentinian version is the one most people are common with. We also love a Mexican chimichurri made with cilantro and jalapeño in addition to parsley, and a red chimichurri, made with roasted red peppers. The great news is, you can make this chimichurri mayonnaise recipe with any of these three versions and they’re all so insanely delicious.

If you’re looking to take a simple meal to the next level, then this sauce is the one for you. It’s guaranteed to be a success thanks to its simplicity, and tastes like a restaurant-quality condiment right at home.

Try it in our Shredded Beef Burritos, they happen to be a favorite Friday night meal when we want Mexican food at home. We can fully attest that anyone can make this delicious mayo. While you’re at it, double the recipe because you’ll definitely want enough to get you through the week.
