What’s a brunch menu without a little bubbly?! Rounding out this Spring Brunch series, this gorgeous rosé wine cocktail is about as simple as they come. Requiring just three ingredients, including one that’s probably already in your fridge, this bubbly cocktail comes together in no time. All you need is a bottle of rosé wine, Champagne, and some seedless strawberry preserves.

Made individually, each cocktail can be mixed to everyone’s personal preference—the amounts listed in the recipe are guidelines. So, if someone likes their drink a bit sweeter and fruitier, add two teaspoons preserves instead of one, or if a guest is looking for something a little lighter and more bubbly, decrease the amount of rosé and supplement with extra Champagne.

That’s the beauty of this rosé wine cocktail, set the makings up on a bar or table and let your guests make their own drinks. Not only are they happy, but it’s also less work for you.
